This was a new hydraulic lift installed with an outside entry and lifts up to the enclosed balcony of an existing high quality built home.

We purposely didn't add a lift shaft at the top as this would have obstructed the amazing view from the balcony.

We met with the owners and the builders and designed this lift to ensure it worked well and integrated with the existing style and design of the large home.
